Annual Data Update 2020-21

One time each year before school starts, district policy and various state and federal laws mandate that every student have one parent or guardian review critical school district policies and provide activity authorizations for the student.

There is also a unique opportunity to update much of the school's critical information provided previously, including student health information, physician, emergency contacts, phone numbers and emails.  We strongly recommend that you take this opportunity to be sure we have the most up-to-date information on your child.

Everything is online through our Aeries parent portal.  It typically requires about 15 minutes per student.  Only one parent/guardian needs to do this.

The Annual Data Update must be completed before the student attends their Falcon Fest appointment time August 4-7.   Students who do not provide proof of completion at their appointment may be turned away at Falcon Fest.

Only a parent/guardian Aeries account may access the system for this Annual Data Update.   Student accounts cannot be used for this purpose.

Basic overview:

  • Login and start the information confirmation process
  • Check and update the information about the student, parents/guardian and emergency contacts
  • Acknowledge receipt of several documents that are required by state and federal regulations
  • Acknowledge receipt of several policy documents from the school district, and authorize student participation
  • Check your email, print the confirmation page and ensure your student brings it to Falcon Fest
